The shipping time is hard to handle in the epidemic time, but we are trying our best for our customers to serve better, the shipping is not the worry thing at GoJeek.

Why Cannot ship to my Country?

The customers can check the shipping detail on the checkout page. There always has some exception, we are now temporarily unable to ship to the India, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Somalia, Cuba, Afghanistan and some other countries.

Shipping Processing

The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before shipping. Usually, we need 1-3 business days to fulfill your orders. There are few situation may delay the processing time.

  • Not in stock goods may need few more days for allocation/production.
  • Processing time may be a little delay due to national holiday or peak season.

When the order is shipped out, our email system will notify you and you will receive the tracking number. There are few ways to tracking your shipping detail. You can tracking orders in our website, and you can ask us for the local carrier tracking detail, you will get the estimate delivery time depends on your local carrier shipping update.

  • Affected by Covid-19, the shipping time is flexible on delivery.
  • Usually, the shipping time is stable as we claimed, but some situations may cause the shipping delay, such as Hurrican, Mountain Fire, or the other situation, may cause the shipping delay.   • When the peak season or holiday coming, such as Christmas holiday, the whole shipping time may will be delayed, in order to have your items for Christmas before December 16th and we suggest you to choose the suitable shipping method.
